Uprising 2011 Registration

The registration deadline has been extended to July 14th. Follow the steps below to register.

1. Click here and fill out the online registration form.
2. The registration fee for Uprising is $20.00 per person. If you have financial difficulties, please contact us through email at cascyg@gmail.com.
   
   If you are including multiple payments on a single check, be sure to list the name of each individual registrant.
